La Princée is a blend of wines from the villages throughout the commune of St. Aubin, including younger Premier Cru vineyards. Situated north of Le Montrachet in St. Aubin, Hubert Lamy has been making White Burgundy since 1973. La Princée was historically made from Pinot. Rich, opulent and nutty, ripe peaches, pairs and pronounced mineral notes follow on from the nose and are apparent in the palate. Lovely balance of ripe fruits and mineral acidity with a prolonged finish. Enjoy now or over the next few years with seafood, tuna, pasta and grilled vegetables.
