Colour: dark garnet-red colour.
Nose: aromas of very ripe black fruits.
Palate: spicy and liquorice aromas.
Serve with rich Beef Bourguignon.
Clay and limestone soils coming from terraces of round pebbles and lauzes rock made of limestone.
Vinification in concrete vats from 3 to 4 weeks with daily pumping over.
The wine is aged for one year in concrete vats.
