The foundation is 100% Empire State corn, sourced within five miles of the distillery. Matured for 4 months in petite charred new American oak barrels, giving it a deep amber colour and a flavour of oak, smoke and subtle notes of vanilla and caramel. Non-chill filtered at 46% ABV each bottle is hand filled, capped, waxed and numbered one at a time.
