Made from 100% Viognier grapes, picked from mature vines on steeply-sloped terraced vineyards. The wine is both fermented and aged exclusively in new French oak for a total of 9 months, giving it Condrieu’s trademark fullness of texture and fleshy roundness. Intensely aromatic, with a complex bouquet of peach, apricot and white flowers. Best enjoyed in its youth, making a powerful parner for rich white meat dishes.
