The Servin family has been established in Burgundy since 1654. Nowadays they are renowned as one of the greatest estates in Chablis. From their 30.5 hectares they use traditional winemaking and the finest vintages are aged in oak. Domaine Servin produce wine from their own estate and never sell to negociants – a guarantee of consistency. This can be experienced in the flinty, mineral style with citrus fruit and white flowers. Designed to be drunk young this is a perfect partner for lightly grilled fish, seafood risotto, turkey and goats’ cheese.
