All production takes place in the D.O. Pisco region. Every step is carefully monitored to ensure freshness and the highest quality possible. Up to 15 grape varieties are used including Muscat of Alexandria, Black Muscat and Pedro Ximenez. After initial fermentation the wines are double distilled in copper pot stills, the new spirit is allowed to rest in stainless steel tanks before filtration and bottling. Initially smoky on the nose, crisp and clean with a hint of light peat and fresh citrus edges. Full and flavoursome on the palate with touches of lychee fruit – a perfect Pisco for cocktails.
